TEMPO FORTE is a term that is very much associated with the proceedings in the Society of Jesus. It means 'Strong Time'. The POSA and the full time Secretaries have a two day sharing and discernment on the Assistancy works. A lot od sharings, reflections, discernment and future planning is done. This brings a oneness and a corporal sense among all the different ministries in the South Asian Conference.
